Design a light experimental helicopter for accessible flight

Scout is a light experimental helicopter designed with Art.lebedevstudio for Horizont design bureau, a company famous for building aircraft with unique flying qualities. The Helicopter exterior, interior and air navigation display interface were all designed by the team at artlebedev and myself around the theme of "safe accessible flight".

Seats three, comfortably

While having the footprint of a helecopter made for two, scout can comfortably seat three and additional luggage.

Ergonomic entry

We considered every detail and built multiple full-size models to ensure getting in and out is as easy as possible.

Custom colours

We worked with Horizont to develop more than 20 combinations of exterior and interior colour schemes.
