Scale prototype
We already had a porcelain piggy bank, sticking foam and cardboard on it just seemed "natural". Allowed for a full evaluation of the form at 1:1 scale and some test interactions.
CAD, CAM & CNC prototype for manufacture
Design modelled and rough cnc milled from pro-lab before being fixed together and sanded. The model was then used to evaluate a process of soft silicone casting the case, definition of split placement and undercuts.
